Liquid Oxygen Extraction Facility / RAAF Richmond, NSW

A specialist facility on the RAAF base at Richmond NSW for the preparation, maintenance and refueling of oxygen equipment used in the current generation high tech aircraft. The project provided a main building for repairs and maintenance and an adjacent covered tarmac edge dispensing area.

The project was to win the 2008 “Metal Building Product Design Award” NSW, from the Australian Steel Institute and subsequently a high commendation at the ASI National Awards.
