A luxury retirement village located in the Southern Highlands district of NSW.   The first of its kind to recognise the potential of Bowral and its proximity to Sydney as a desirable retirement environment.

The village comprised 72 detached self-care cottages that offered a variety of house types offering individuality, yet designed to be evocative of the surrounding Southern Highlands residential character. The development includes luxury country club style facilities housed within two major refurbished existing heritage buildings.
